Return Policy

Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within 7 days of the delivery confirmation date, after a Return Authorization # (RA) is obtained from YogiSoap.

A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped, minus a 15% restocking fee.

Please contact us immediately if your item has been damaged during shipping. If it has, we will ask you to send us a picture of the damage so we can contact the shipper to file a damage claim.  We will work with you to get your damaged item replaced.

Orders that are paid for with a credit card and returned will be assessed a $20.00 processing fee.  Checks that are returned for insufficient funds will charged a $30 processing fee.

All packages are to be fully insured. You must notify us of any return to obtain a return authorization (RA) #. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused. We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.  Namaste.
